Hi

I want to make some popcorn for a school fair.  Ideally I want to make this the night before and then wrap in cellophane cones (sealed at the top, so airtight)

However, I dont know any recipes for a sweet popcorn which will not go soggy or congealled.

Any suggestions gratefully rec'd

I'm not sure how sweet you want this popcorn. A simple idea is to sprinkle a light amount of sugar onto the popcorn right after you've popped it (I've done this before along with salt...tastes great). Then wrap as airtight as you can. If you have time before your school fair, test this. See if it's sweet enough and if you think it holds up overnight. I'll give it more thought, but thought you might try this quickly and see if it'll work for your needs.
