Hi.

About how many grams per cup of unpopped popcorn. If you can express this as a range - obviously fewer grams per cup of larger or drier kernels, more grams per cup of smaller or more hydrated kernels - I would appreciate it.

It's actually approximately 8 grams per cup of POPPED popcorn.

Thanks for the notice funkychicky. I misread the question, and you're correct. 1 cup popped is about 8 grams. I'll go back to math class (and reading too) and get an answer for you soon.
