Can you tell me of an at home preservative to use for making Kettle Korn.  We have made and it gets tough by the next day.

It's tough to extend the freshness and texture of homemade popcorn, Lora. Zipper-style bags and airtight containers work with some popcorn recipes, but other recipes simply are best eaten fresh. I am not aware of any home preservative that would help your kettle style corn. You may just have to make it whenever the craving strikes.
