Ingredients

• 8 cups popcorn
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/4 cup peanut butter (any kind)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup banana chips
• 1/2 cup roasted peanuts

Directions

1. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray large bowl with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Transfer popcorn to prepared bowl.
3. In medium saucepan set over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar and bring to a boil. Boil, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla and salt; bring back to a boil.
4. Drizzle peanut butter caramel evenly over popcorn. Sprinkle with banana chips and peanuts. Toss to combine.
5. Transfer popcorn to prepared pan, spreading to even layer. Let stand until firm and cooled completely.

Tip: Chocolate lovers, drizzle melted dark chocolate or milk chocolate over popcorn.
