Ingredients

• 8 cups popcorn
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp gochujang
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 4 tsp toasted sesame seeds
• 1 tbsp gochujaru (Korean chili flakes)
• 1 green onion, thinly sliced (optional)

Directions

1. Place popcorn to large bowl.
2. Combine honey, brown sugar, butter, sesame oil, gochujang, soy sauce and garlic powder in small saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until thicken to a syrupy consistency.
3. Drizzle honey mixture over popcorn and sprinkle with sesame seeds and gochujaru; toss to evenly coat. Garnish with green onion. Serve immediately or cool completely.

Tip: Substitute green onion with 1 tsp freeze-dried chives if preferred.
