Ingredients

• 8 cups popcorn
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tbsp orange zest
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp orange extract (optional)
• Pinch salt
• 1 cup mini marshmallows

Directions

1. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Transfer popcorn to large bowl.
3. In medium saucepan set over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in condensed milk, orange zest, vanilla, orange extract (if using) and salt; bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to low. Stir in marshmallows until melted.
5. Drizzle marshmallow mixture evenly over popcorn and toss to coat. Arrange popcorn on prepared pan, spreading into an even layer. Let stand until firm and cooled completely.

Tip: For loaded popcorn, drizzle popcorn with marshmallow mixture and then toss in 1/4 cup finely chopped white chocolate and 2 tbsp chopped candied orange zest.
