Hawaiian Popcorn Mix
With a sweet and fruity tropical flavor, this easy-to-make popcorn mix is like a taste of sunshine.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
- 8 cups popcorn
- 1/2 cup chopped toasted macadamia nuts
- 1/4 cup toasted unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup dried chopped pineapple
- 1 tbsp grated lime zest
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
Directions
- Toss popcorn, nuts, coconut, pineapple and lime zest in large bowl.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over top and toss to evenly coat. Transfer to parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Let stand until chocolate sets. Break popcorn mix into pieces to serve.
Tip: For loaded Hawaiian popcorn, add 1/4 cup chopped tried mango and 1/4 cup chopped banana chips.
